Payment Policy :
» A booking will considered to be confirmed only after receiving a token money (Non- refundable).
» 50% of the total amount needs to be deposited at least 10 days before the program starts and the balance is required 3 days before the program.
» Last minute registrations are subject to availability – Full payment would be required before check-in.

Cancellation Policy :
All notice of cancellation must be sent to our New Delhi office in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be entertained. There is also no refund for services not utilized. There will be a cancellation fee as under:
10 days prior to date: 25 % cancellation.

10 - 7 days: 35 % cancellation
7 - 3 days : 50% cancellation
3 days and below including no show No refund
