Trip to Rajasthan

We would like you to know that we have enjoyed our trip to Rajasthan very much and your organisation of the hotels and transport was excellent. Our driver, Manoj, was top class. Please pass on our best regards to him and we hope that the faulty car has been retrieved without too much trouble. Amit telephoned us on several occasions to check that everything was going according to plan but we did not hear from him after the first evening in Ranthambore so therefore were not able to pass on the comments sheet.

Here are a few comments that may be of help to you :

Hotels :
The excellent ones were; Heritage Resort, Bikaner, Abhay Days, Jodhpur , Jagat Palace, Pushkar

The restaurant at Hotel Amar, Agra also excellent others were also very good.

Guides :
The excellent one was at Bikaner. His name was also Manoj and he was knowledgeable and genuine. He even took us to meet his mother who made us Indian tea.
The other guides were OK. Mandawa and Agra not quite as good.

Car :
Excellent - until it had an engine problem. Manoj handled the situation well and we were not inconvenienced at all. Unfortunately it did cause him some headaches and lack of sleep.

In conclusion; India is so completely different from anywhere else. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one which we will never forget.

Thank you again for arranging everything so professionally. Your tour represented good value for money compared with a similar trip organized by a U.K. tour company. We have no hesitation in recommending your company and may well use your services again should we decide to visit India again in the future.

Golden Traingle Tour Of India

Just to let you know that we arrived back safely and were very happy with the arrangements made whilst we were there. Thank you for this. We left the feedback form with the driver as we did not manage to get in touch with either you or Amitji on return to Delhi.

Welcome in Delhi

Dear Tejbir,

Greetings back to India! And thank you for asking me to give you a feedback on the trip. I would like to break down the feedback into several points

0. The variety of different web pages (see below) is confusing.

1. Customer orientation during booking/trip organization: excellent, cannot be improved. Fast and always "to the point"

2. Payment procedure: I would prefer to pay via secure paymement systems (Internet payment with credit card). This makes things much more simple. I am sure, that even the credit card fees would be paid by customers if they could use this convenient method.

3. Welcome in Delhi : unfortunately you were late. Next time I would suggest to exchange mobile numbers prior to departure, just to get in contact after arrival (in case of any delays)

4. Transport: was very good/safe driving. It is sometimes difficult to communicate to the river (poor english skills). I had the impression (also during my last trip 3 years ago), that the drivers have sometimes problems in finding the right way/road or finding the hotel (they dont even know the names of the hotel, it would help, if they got a briefing and a printed list of hotels (maybe in Sanskrit?). Another comment: it happened, that just after starting for a very long drive, the journey had to be interrupted after a few minutes, just for filling petrol. I would suggest, that the drivers should do this in the morning before they pick up the guests

5. During the trek:
- the whole team was great: very customer oriented and helpful
- food as usual: excellent, great variety and plenty of it!
- equipment: the tent was good, toilet tent, bath tent very good :-)
- description of trek: can be improved. Description of altidue profile, specification of altitude meters up and down. Helps to pace oneself!
- speed on the trek: maybe the guides should walk slower sometimes, (making) or offering more breaks. Sabine felt, that the group was moving a little bit too fast and she was very often a little bit exhausted

6. General: everybody was very reliable, always in time. Very good.

Over all, it was a wonderful and unforgettable trip for us, and we would like to thank you and the whole team again! I will recommend your company and team to everybody when it comes to trekking and spending holidays in India (and I did so already several times)

Delhi, Agra and Jaipur

Dear Tejbir

Just a short note to you to tell you what a wonderful trip Chris and I experienced last week. We had an excellent time, and it was all thanks to you and your colleagues.

When we were first planning our trip to India we surfed the net with very little success. Then, by chance we came across your details, and your suggested itinerary for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur was just what we wanted. From then on it was all absolutely fantastic.

After a fairly long flight and the frustration of lost luggage, it was a so lovely to be met by your assistant complete with a red rose!! I really appreciated his care in the first 24 hours.

Mr Singh (the driver!) What else can we say – he was really wonderful. His driving skills were superb and he was a good friend to us throughout the week. He looked after us with such care and attention.

SK in Agra proved to be another highlight of the holiday. He made our time in Agra really special.

The hotels were really great – a wonderful relaxing haven after a hot day or hour’s sightseeing!

So I think you can guess that we really enjoyed ourselves. We have recommended you to several friends already, so let’s hope they call you. Unfortunately many people still need the apparent security and comfort of a British travel company, but we will try and spread the word.

So let us know what you can offer for the Himalayas and we hope we can look forward to seeing you all again next year (Can we have Mr Singh as our driver?).
